If you look at every headline you'll see the Star's support of these liberals, their shots of some Doctors who's license should be taken away and their urging of every Doctor in this Province to accept the tentative agreement from the Ontario liberal Government. Let us not forget,
1. The Doctor's have been without an Agreement with the Province for over two years and must be paid retroactively.
2. If this was a Teacher's union, They'd be paid millions of dollars just to negotiate a new bargaining agreement, which in turn would be used by the Teacher's union to take shots at the PC Party of Ontario.
3. The headlines being printed say things like: "Doctors who commit sexual assault should lose their license"
"Pain clinic doctor should face disciplinary hearing, lawyer says"
"College fights to get groping MD’s licence revoked"
Dr. Javad Peirovy’s ‘egregious and deliberate’ misconduct got
light treatment from committee, College of Physicians and Surgeons argues in court filing. So that's their Opinion?
A government that's traditionally soft on criminals, the result being criminals who are incarcerated should be let out early, now says Doctors should have the book thrown at them? who would you support? A doctor or a criminal?
"More doctors means higher health-care costs across Canada" So okay, More Doctors. But who here says we have enough Doctors? Who here in Ontario and in Toronto wants less Doctors? Are we kidding? I don't know of any Province or U.S.State that says we have too many Doctors or Healthcare Practitioners that we're trying to get rid of some. Never,
And this is the Toronto Star who's so incredibly supportive of Kathleen Wynne, Dalton McGuinty (if you read you'll find you'll find their support of him when he was Premier),
Ontario doctors should accept deal on pay: Editorial Wed. Aug. 10, 2016.
Or, Doctors could reject it, saying that it's not enough, and that Doctors are paying out of pocket for the health and well being of Canadians and are acting on their behalf. Not the Star employees supporting the Ontario liberal Gov't.
4. Clearly you can see that this liberal Star newspaper is supporting this tired, arrogant long in the tooth Government that's been in power for too long. It will likely AGAIN give it's endorsement to this lesbian loving Kathleen and these liberals to run for another 4 years when there's another election
So what this concludes is don't support the Star or these liberals because just like their biased opinion against the police, it's decided to bash away at Doctors who work hard in this Province. But we know that almost every Doctor in this Province worked very hard to become a good M.D. to practice medicine. A Doctor can also leave and go to another Province or another State and have their license recognized by another State because Doctors are hard to come by, even in the U.S. And so again that leaves the question, Do we want less Doctors? I don't think so. But the Star thinks we should. And that just goes to show how much the Star Editorial board knows. It proves how liberal they are.
Supporting the Ont. liberal Gov't. over the Doctors of this Province is about as smart as a 10 year old boy who says "I deserve a spanking."
You have to do a lot to support them. Because, If this was Mike Harris or Ernie Eves negotiating with the OMA they would've been screaming for the minister of health to resign. Not liberals though.
This why this media outlet is so unpopular with voters, the result being less people reading the Toronto Star in print and online. It's the stars' opinion but not My Opinion.
So do I support newspapers like the National Post (NP)? Well No, but I do read it, and I like it because of their Opinion, their Editorial, their Columnists like Andrew Coyne and Robyn Urback. They are smart people and their opinion reflect what most most people think about things. They are Conservatives but they are not held to that reflection. Sometimes Conservatives are wrong.
But, when Health Minister Jane Philbott was caught driving around in a "SEDAN" that cost taxpayers thousands of dollars a day, could it be found anywhere on the front page of a Toronto Star newspaper? No way! not a mention of it. Politicians and their lifestyles.
So here is the latest, And Have a great day.
