Road Tolls

Hello. I remember  a little while back I spoke about road tolls, it may be that it's good for reducing congestion, and on the front page of the Toronto Star, it says we should be looking at that. A new report says we should, and that all 3 levels of Governments should be testing it. Because it says, congestion plans will fail to keep pace with growing population.
 But the Headline really is bold like it's saying we deserve this, we can fix it. It reads: "Make drivers pay to ease congestion, new report urges." Or it can also be said to be, higher taxes, higher revenue for governments, and of course if there is more revenue it should result in more services for citizens. Right?
 It's may a question of do you want to pay more to drive to work everyday? I'm not going to say this is a bad idea. I just don't want to pay more then what I'm paying now, and I like Conservatives better then liberals. I can't stand the media and their biased opinion.
