Trudeau is no Leader

Hello this is Allan from Toronto speaking about Conservatives and the upcoming election coming in October. Am I worried about the Conservatives losing? Will Stephen Harper have to turn over the reins to someone else? Worry is for someone else.

The Bible says: "Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life?" Matthew 6:27.

This is in God's hands. I will help my Conservative MP (Roxanne James) to win again.

I would like to say something that is important in winning an election, and that is Leadership is important in winning. And Justin Trudeau doesn't have it. He needs it though. Let's be serious. We know a good leader when we see one. He leads by example. He has a plan, a future. He knows how to get people onside. To work for the same cause as he does. In my job I work as Lead. I lead three or four people to do a flight, at Pearson International Airport. I'm pretty good at what I do. Very skilled at pushing back an Aircraft like a 777/300 aircraft or an Airbus 330/300. I have to lead and others have to follow my lead in order to get the job done. But I only lead a crew or no more then maybe 10 people as a flight can be "doubled up." But I do so skillfully, successfully.

Leading a  Country is a whole different matter. The one commercial that has been seen that I think is very good is Stephen Harper leaving his office and saying he has to make tough decisions when it hits his desk. But he gets his most satisfaction when he has stood up for the rights of Canadians, and that's a good day. A person maybe gay, may be homeless, may want an assisted suicide but if he is Canadian, he is that person's PM. It's tough to do. He doesn't believe every one of these things. A leader must lead by example. And one question that was asked was about his attendance during question period. Is that leading by example? No. That is a poor example of a Prime Minister. Actions speak louder than words. And, he can't justify saying I will be at work once I become PM.

PMSH has a proven track record. He's been PM for over 9 years now. There has been an economic crisis during that time. He has had tough decisions too make during that time. He has done so successfully. The economy has not suffered. Lots of people are still working during this time. Businesses are in a hiring mode, including the Company that I work for. Having a budget where the theme is jobs, jobs, jobs is a good theme to go by. I would be most impressed by Justin Trudeau if he had a degree or went to school to learn more about economics or law or even to become a pilot. Any education Justin? not sure.

Mr. Harper has a degree in Economics.

He also has a proven track record of success. Remember when for the longest time Albertans voted the reform party and they averaged just about 80 to 90 seats in the House of Commons? That was when Stockwell Day was the leader of the Party. After It became the Canadian Alliance and then The Conservative Party of Canada. When Stephen Harper became leader, despite it's oppostition from the liberals, it's continual mudslinging from Martin and the CBC and the Toronto Star, it's seat total went from seats somewhere in the 80's, to 99, to 123 it's first mandate, to 148 to it's present total. A majority.

Stephen Harper wins.

He is not the only leader in the House of Commons. I've seen Thomas Mulclair and he is a good leader too.
He will be Harper's biggest advarsary during the election campaign.

Other leaders are ones who were previously Prime Minister. Jean Chretien is one whether we liked him or not. We liked him well and he loved Canada, and I personally enjoyed him as leader.
And another leader is when I and a few of us were to young to vote, but it was Justin's dad. Pierre.

One more leader was Jack Layton.

The title I put is that Trudeau is no leader. And that may be a problem for the liberals who want power back from the Conservatives. Choose another leader. Pierre Trudeau was a leader that other people could follow but it does not run in the family. Justin is not a leader. He doesn't have the swank, the character, to lead. Harper and Mulclair have it.

It's takes Personality and Character to do this job.
